In its Quest for Expansion and Growth to keep pace with the Global Developments, the Company has diversified its activities into other allied fields including TeleCommunication and Information Technology. The name of the Company was changed into "M/s. Arcadia Shipping Limited." w. e. f 26 th of April, 1991 and has been duly incorporated as a Company under the Provisions of The Indian Companies Act, 1956.
